Fizzade

Are your kids constantly begging for lemonade on these hot and muggy days?
Do you fear that your kids, at their tender young age, have already ingested enough high fructose corn syrup to crystallize their livers?
Do you disdain the thought of paying a premium price for organic, natural lemonade?

If you’ve answered a resounding YES to any of the above questions then we have a recipe for you!

Fizzade
2 cups lemonade (We like Simply Lemonade and it was on sale at Wally World this week)
2 cups orange juice
2 cups seltzer or sparkling spring water
slices of oranges and lemons

1. Combine lemonade, orange juice, and sparkling water in pitcher with ice, and stir.
2. Decorate each glass with fruit slice.

Fizzade supplies water, Vitamin C, potassium, and carbohydrates. One portion contains about 70 calories, and gives you a half serving of fruit.
