Typical of many homeschooling families, Friday is reserved for schooling outside the traditional confines of the home. Surely, we won't be out galivanting every week's end, but this Friday found us out at our zoo. The picture illustrates the fascination the kids have with the robotically spoken explanation of the many stomachs of the cow.
Other notable activities of the week were: hike and picnic with friends, play mates over for fun on Wednesday & Saturday, Awana, the beginning of study on our family tree, and Friday night swimming lessons and fun.
